Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, laundry operations, cleaning equipment, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage team effectively
- Can handle responsibility, understands guest needs and is pro-active with guests and the team
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Good communication and Interpersonal skill
- Highly detail-oriented
