Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and cleanliness standards.
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team and daily assignments.
- Prepare housekeeping schedules based on occupancy and operational needs.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities regularly.
- Ensure rooms are properly cleaned and ready before guest arrival.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and equipment.
- Train and monitor housekeeping team performance.
- Coordinate with Villa Manager and Front Office regarding room status and guest requests.
- Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory hospitality position.
- Previous experience in villa, hotel, or luxury hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong cleanliness standards.
- Good understanding of housekeeping operations and room preparation.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be placed in Sidemen, Karangasem.
