HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Coordinate room status with Front Office and Engineering departments.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping team members.
- Prepare daily work schedules and allocate duties.
- Monitor inventory of linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant in a hotel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning standards.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to join immediately.

- Placement: Ubud, Bali.
