Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position in 4 or 5 star hotel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, BPJS, and training & development
- Strong leadership and good command of English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and highly motivated
