Assistant Human Resources Manager
Qualifications
- Male/Female.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Law, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR regulations.
- Able to operate OSS and understand company licensing & permit processes.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Able to join immediately.
