We are excited to announce career opportunities for pre-opening resort in Nusa Dua, Bali . At Paasha Resort & Spa Nusa Dua, we are seeking passionate, dynamic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team for the following positions:
Assistant Training Manager
General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain or reputable hospitality company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a pre-opening environment is an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems
- Pre Opening experience with the same position is an advantage
- National Talent
Position-Specific Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or Human Resources within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and service standards across all departments.
- Experienced in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), developing annual training plans, and delivering training programs.
- Skilled in designing training materials, presentations, SOP training, and learning modules.
- Familiar with onboarding, orientation, and mandatory compliance training.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and public speaking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Proficient in evaluating training effectiveness and preparing training reports and documentation.
