1. Assistant Chief Security
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in Security Management or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or Assistant Chief Security in the hospitality industry
- Holds a valid Security Certification (Gada Madya is preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solvings skills
- Good knowledge of security operations, emergency response, fire safety, and occupational health & safety procedures
- Good command of English is an advantage
- Honest, disciplined, and customer service-oriented
