E-Commerce Supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, E-Commerce, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Online Sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Familiar with OTA platforms, online booking systems, and hotel E-Commerce operations.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, online promotions, social media, and revenue optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work with online platforms and digital tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Able to join immediately.
