We are recruiting talent for the following position:
Revenue and Distribution Manager
Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue and/or Distribution Management, preferably in luxury hotels or resort environments.
- Strong knowledge of PMS and RMS.
- Proven ability in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analytics, including regular monitoring and timely reporting of booking pace, market trends, and demand movement.
- Solid understanding of OTA, GDS, wholesale, bedbanks, and direct booking distribution channels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
- High attention to detail with a commercial and performance-driven mindset.
- Experience in resort or destination markets (Ubud / Bali preferred).
- Professional certification in Revenue Management (CRME, STR, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
