As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales & Marketing Manager to drive commercial growth, strengthen our brand presence, and maximize revenue across our luxury properties.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven hospitality professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. You will lead sales and marketing initiatives, develop high-impact partnerships, optimize online and offline marketing strategies, and position OceaniQ Villas Nusa Dua as a preferred luxury destination in both domestic and international markets.

Sales & Marketing Manager
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market segments.
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Develop and implement digital marketing, branding, advertising, and public relations initiatives.
- Strengthen relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, destination management companies (DMCs), wholesalers, and key industry partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Revenue & Reservations team to optimize pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and distribution channels.
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing communications and guest touchpoints.
- Manage the department’s annual budget, sales forecasts, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
- Prepare regular performance reports and present commercial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing within luxury hotels, resorts, or villa management companies.
- Proven leadership experience in achieving sales targets and developing successful commercial strategies.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality sales, digital marketing, revenue management, and distribution channels.
- Experience working with international travel partners, OTAs, wholesalers, and luxury travel networks.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, networking, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
