Sales Marketing Manager
Basic Requirements :
- Female
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Hotel Sales (experience as Sales Supervisor/Assistant Manager is preferred)
- Strong understanding of hotel market segments: Corporate, Government, Travel Agent, and MICE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with proven ability to achieve sales/revenue targets
- Having an existing client base/network is an advantage
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
