The Damai Resort is a luxury boutique resort offering personalized service in a peaceful natural setting. We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Manager focusing on the Travel Agent and Leisure market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Executive role in a hotel or resort
- Proven experience handling Travel Agents and Leisure market segments
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (spoken and written)
- Strong network with travel agents, tour operators, and leisure partners is highly preferred
- Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and client
- Target-oriented with strong sales and analytical skills
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional appearance with a positive and dynamic personality
- Willing to travel for sales calls, client meetings, and sales trips when required
