We are excited to announce career opportunities for pre-opening resort in Nusa Dua, Bali . At Paasha Resort & Spa Nusa Dua, we are seeking passionate, dynamic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team for the following positions:
Spa Manager
General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain or reputable hospitality company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a pre-opening environment is an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems
- Pre Opening experience with the same position is an advantage
- National Talent
Position-Specific Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, wellness programs, beauty treatments, massage therapies, and guest service excellence.
- Proven ability to drive spa revenue through effective pricing strategies, retail sales, and promotional activities.
- Experience in managing spa budgets, inventory, retail products, treatment costs, and overall financial performance.
- Ability to develop innovative spa packages, wellness programs, and seasonal promotions in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team.
- Thorough understanding of spa hygiene, sanitation, health and safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.
