Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is located on the southern tip of the island of Bali on the northeast slopes of the Bukit peninsula. Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means “beautiful hill”.

About the Job:

Room Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who is responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms following the highest standard as set by Four Seasons Hotels. The Room Attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must have a passion for service, be honest, and must also be able to assist guests with any requests and concerns to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to all Four Seasons’ policies.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Housekeeping or equivalent with Four Seasons or another organization.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and the ability to operate cleaning equipment.
  • Applicants must be comfortable around chemicals, machines and have the ability to learn their operation.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile.
  • Minimum qualification of a Diploma.


  • Has a set number of rooms to clean during a shift.  Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet. Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure. Makes bed. Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.  Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
  • Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
