Guest Service Manager (staff)
Role Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent English both spoken and written
- Familiar with hospitality systems and guest handling
- Well-groomed, positive attitude, and customer-oriented
- Able to work in a team and under pressure
General Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, team player
- Able to join immediately
