Guest Experience Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within boutique luxury, design-led hotels or lifestyle-oriented properties.
- A deep understanding of guest psychology, service rituals, and how details shape emotional connection.
- Empathetic leader who can mentor the guest experience team, instilling hospitality values through training, feedback, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Honest, a team player, has positive attitude, proactive, fast learner, agile, and hard worker
