ASSISTANT HOTEL MANAGER
Job Summary:
The Assistant Hotel Manager is responsible for supporting the overall daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. This role oversees guest satisfaction, coordinates multiple departments, and ensures operational excellence according to hotel standards.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and ensure daily hotel operations run effectively, including supporting the development, implementation, and improvement of operational procedures for a newly established hotel.
- Work closely with the Managing Director/Owner to manage and coordinate all operational departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, etc.).
- Lead, coach, and motivate the operational team to achieve performance standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate across departments to maintain service quality and efficiency.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort throughout all hotel areas.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Assist in implementing policies, training programs, and service improvement initiatives.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of overall hotel operations (FO, HK, F&B, Engineering).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and strong guest service orientation.
- Honest, responsible, and able to lead and inspire a team.
- Able to join immediately is an advantage.
