Job Descriptions and Requirements:
1. Operations Manager
- Lead the daily operation and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Engineering, Security, and Guest Experience.
- Candidates should have proven management experience in a hotel, resort, or villa.
- Strong skills in team leadership, guest handling, cost control, inspections, and SOP implementation.
- Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills are required.
2. Chief Accountant
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, audit preparation, and internal controls.
- Candidates should have solid hospitality accounting experience and be confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience setting up finance systems for a pre-opening or operational transition, including reporting across multiple business entities, is highly preferred.
- Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills are required.
3. Chief Engineer
- Lead preventive maintenance and maintain the property’s overall technical condition.
- Candidates should understand electrical systems, plumbing, water treatment, pumps, swimming pools, air-conditioning, generators, and wastewater systems.
- The role requires hands-on leadership, contractor management, root-cause problem solving, and maintenance cost control.
- Experience with bamboo or timber buildings would be an advantage.
- Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills are required.
4. Marketing Manager
- Lead the daily marketing plan and keep the Hideout brand consistent across digital channels and the on-site guest experience.
- Candidates should have relevant hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or consumer marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of branding, social media, content, digital campaigns, email marketing, public relations, partnerships, and performance reporting.
- Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills are required.
- This role may follow a hybrid arrangement with regular on-site presence in Karangasem.
