Job Requirements:
1. Operation Manager (Head Office)
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably with experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Experience in villa, hotel, resort, or hospitality operations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to manage multiple operational priorities effectively.
- Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle operational issues professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
2. Web Master (Head Office)
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in website management, webmaster, web development, or digital marketing.
- Proficient in WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of SEO and website optimization.
- Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of domain, hosting, SSL, website security, and basic troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of responsive web design and basic UI/UX principles.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Experience in hospitality, villa, hotel, tourism, or travel industry is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the Marketing Team.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with external vendors or developers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
3. Revenue Manager (Head Office)
- Good understanding in Villa / Resort work flow.
- Have experience in the same / similar position would be preferable.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage operations, oversee staff, and maintain clear communication.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage Sales & Marketing teams and achieve KPI targets revenue.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, creative and open minded on marketing distribution.
- Understanding digital marketing, social media set-up and ecommerce systems.
- Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for revenue management.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize pricing strategies, maximize occupancy, and increase revenue.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and an open-minded approach to new distribution channels and opportunities.
- English speaking and writing would be preferable.
- Open-minded, creative, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
