General Requirements:
- Minimum D4 (Diploma 4 ) in Hospitality and at least 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in villas or boutique resorts.
- Understand taxation*
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Exhibits the key qualities of a servant leader along with strong management skills.
- Strong photography and basic videography skills, including Reels, Stories, and short-form video content**
- Proficient in social media and digital tools such as Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Canva, ChatGPT, and related platforms**
- Good understanding of social media and Google algorithms**
- Able to read, analyze, and prepare performance reports using social media analytics**
- Strong understanding of branding, visual aesthetics, and storytelling**
- Experienced in property opening
- Positive attitude with a friendly, discreet, and respectful demeanor
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team
- Excited to be part of a new property opening
