Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in hotel/hospitality industry)
- Strong knowledge in financial reporting, taxation, and accounting systems
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial and accounting operations
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Manage cash flow and cost control
- Supervise accounting team and improve financial procedures
