We are expanding our team and are looking for talented individuals to join us in the following position:
1. Assistant Chief Engineering
General Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, depending on the role.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels, resorts, villas, or related businesses.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented, professional, proactive, and results-driven.
- Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and relevant systems related to the position.
- Relevant educational background or professional certification is preferred.
- Flexible to work according to operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Willing to be based in Bali and join ASAP
