Chief Engineering
Bisma Eight is seeking a seasoned and proactive Chief Engineering professional to oversee the property’s Engineering operations and ensure the highest standard of safety, effeciency and sustainability. The leadership role is responsible for maintaining all technical systems, guiding the engineering team, and supporting the hotel’s commitment operational excellence and responsible hospitality in Ubud
REQUIREMENT:
- Indonesian Citizen
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in Managerial role, preferably 4 or 5-star hotel
- Expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Boiler System
- Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving and communication skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, Excel and Powerpoint) is mandatory and VHP system will be an advantage
- Familiarity with K3 standard and Emergency Procedure
