We are inviting potential candidates to apply for the following positions :
Chief Engineering
Requirments :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel engineering operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role at a four or five-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems
- Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance planning
- Strong budgeting, cost control, and project management skills
- Good understanding of occupational health & safety standards (K3)
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
