We are inviting potential candidates to apply for the following positions :
Gardener Supervisor
Requirments :
- Minimum Senior High School or Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscape, or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel or luxury resort.
- Previous experience as Gardener Supervisor, Senior Gardener, or Landscape Supervisor is preferred.
- Good knowledge of tropical and ornamental plants, plant care, fertilization, pruning, irrigation, and pest control.
- Good understanding of landscaping, garden aesthetics, and sustainable gardening practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and assign tasks to the gardening team.
- Physically fit, responsible, disciplined, and willing to work outdoors.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
