Chief Engineering
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Engineering or Assistant Chief Engineering in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and preventive maintenance.
- Familiar with hotel operational standards, safety procedures, and government regulations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Able to prepare budgets, maintenance plans, and engineering reports.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and service-oriented mindset
- Available to join immediately
