We are excited to announce career opportunities for pre opening hotel in Nusa Dua, Bali . At Paasha Resort & Spa Nusa Dua , we are seeking passionate, dynamic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team for the following positions:
Chief Engineering
General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain or reputable hospitality company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a pre-opening environment is an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems
- Pre Opening experience with the same position is an advantage
- National Talent
Position-Specific Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, Fire & Life Safety Systems, and Building Maintenance.
- Experience in managing preventive maintenance programs and energy-saving initiatives.
- Good understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
- Able to lead engineering projects and manage departmental budgets.
