THE FORM is a new 9-villa boutique property located in Padang Padang, Bali. We are currently seeking a strong and experienced Villa Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high service standards.
Job Description:
- Manage full daily on-site operations of 9 villas
- Ensure villas are 100% ready before every check-in
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, pool and garden staff
- Inspect villas after every checkout
- Handle on-site guest issues and ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance
- Monitor linen, amenities, and operational supplies
- Provide daily and weekly reports to the owner
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as Villa Manager or Operations Manager in villa or boutique hotel
- Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
- Experience in inventory control and operational systems
- Good English communication skills
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management ability
- Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Job Conditions:
- Salary: IDR 9,000,000 per month (negotiable based on experience
- 1 day off per week
- Trial period: 60 days
- Immediate start preferred
