Key Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Proven experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or boutique luxury properties.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and personalized guest experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong operational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with sound financial and operational management knowledge.
- Adaptable, hands-on, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
