Villa Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily villa operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate the villa team and daily operations.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Monitor villa condition, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
- Handle guest concerns and operational issues professionally.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor operational supplies, inventory, and maintenance requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory hospitality position. (1 & 2)
- Previous experience in villa, hotel, or luxury hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Strong guest service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be placed in Sidemen, Karangasem.
