General Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (villa or hospitality experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, disciplined, motivated, and guest service-oriented.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Good understanding of hospitality operations and guest handling.
