Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as villa manager or assistant villa manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding in villa operations and guest service standards
- Able to manage teams and ensure smooth daily operations
- Fluent in English
