Job Position: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Cold Kitchen
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in the Cold Kitchen section, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of cold food preparation, salads, appetizers, canapés, and buffet presentation.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food presentation.
- Able to manage daily operations of the Cold Kitchen section efficiently.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to join immediately is an advantage.
General Qualifications
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
- Able to work under pressure and in a team environment.
