We are excited to announce career opportunities for pre-opening resort in Nusa Dua, Bali . At Paasha Resort & Spa Nusa Dua, we are seeking passionate, dynamic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team for the following positions:
Executive Chef
General Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain or reputable hospitality company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a pre-opening environment is an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems
- Pre Opening experience with the same position is an advantage
- National Talent
Position-Specific Requirements
- Strong expertise in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including restaurants, banquet, room service, and specialty dining.
- Proven ability to develop creative and market-driven menus while maintaining consistent food quality and presentation standards.
- Strong knowledge of food cost control, menu development, inventory management, and kitchen budgeting to achieve financial targets.
- Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP) with a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Ability to work closely with the Food & Beverage, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop promotional activities and enhance guest dining experiences.
