We are currently seeking the key position:
Head Chef
General Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position.
- Knowledgeable of food service management, values, menu planning, and precautionary measures.
- A team player, invested in the bigger picture, and passionate about being part of a highly performing team.
- Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in PMS, preferably VHP or any other system.
- Strong service orientation with the ability to personalize guest experience.
- Placement in Nusa Penida Island, Klungkung
- Able to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Maintaining sufficient kitchen stocks and ensuring the quality food standards.
- Maintain excellent kitchen organization, cleanliness, and equipment standards.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by handling guest complaints & special requests while adhering to the brand standards.
- Assisting in menu planning and continuous improvement of culinary offerings
- Lead, train, and evaluate kitchen staff to maintain high performance and discipline
