Butler Supervisor
General Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a luxury villa, boutique resort, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality brand.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Professional appearance, excellent grooming standards, and a high level of discipline.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English, additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about personalized luxury service and leading a high-performing Butler team.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within Butler Services, Front Office, or Guest Relations in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards, experience with Forbes Travel Guide standards is an advantage.
- Proven ability to train, coach, and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and guest recovery skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Passionate about anticipating guest needs and delivering personalized service that exceeds expectations.
