Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma (hotel/tourism degree preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of hotel front office or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and make quick decisions.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
