Requirements & Details
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or 3 years as a Front Office Supervisor/Chief Concierge at a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of handling high-pressure situations and guest complaints effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in other languages is a distinct advantage.
- Well-groomed, highly motivated, guest-oriented, and possesses a positive attitude.
- Solid knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, VHP, or Protel.
- Good understanding of hotel safety, security procedures, and emergency responses.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
