Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a 4/5-star hotel.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or hospitality industry.
- Must have a very strong sense of leadership, organization and management skills.
- Strong guest service mindset with the ability to handle guest complaints and challenging situations professionall.
- Good knowledge of hotel PMS, preferably VHP or other recognized hotel systems.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and service-oriented mindset.
- Available to join immediately.
