Housekeeping Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of Housekeeping experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial position, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleanliness standards, SOPs, and inventory control.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Computer literate; familiar with hotel/housekeeping systems is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
- Professional, disciplined, responsible, and team-oriented. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, OTA, and online distribution channels.
- Able to join immediately.
