- Human Resources Supervisor
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Professional HR certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality industry or a high-volume service sector.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff development.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll management tools.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
