Qualification

Sales Manager – FB & Social Event

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience in hospitality, specifically handling Food & Beverage (F&B) promotions, weddings, banquets, and social events.
  • Strong network and existing client base within corporate, event planning, and social sectors.
  • Deep understanding of event planning, catering operations, and revenue management principles.
  • Demonstrated negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage flexible schedules during event days.
  • Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Assistant Sales Manager – FB & Social Event

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Senior Event Coordinator handling F&B and social events in a hotel setting.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to assist in driving venue bookings, drafting proposals, and coordinating event logistics.
  • Customer-service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office.
  • Good command of English for client negotiation and internal communications.
