Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and service-minded
- Handle end-to-end HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding activities
- Support payroll data preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Assist with employee relations and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
- Support management with HR reports and administrative tasks as required
- Familiar with SIPP & Edabu System
