Human Resources Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years HR experience, with proven leadership in hospitality
- Strong expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.
- Proven ability to build, implement, and enforce HR SOPs, policies, and systems.
- Strong leadership with the ability to drive discipline, accountability, and team performance.
- Capable of handling complex employee issues firmly, fairly, and professionally.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Hands-on, fast execution and result-oriented mindset.
