HR Coordinator / Assistant HR Manager (Cluster – 3 Properties)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in hospitality industry)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple properties
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Familiar with HRIS and basic payroll systems
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and strong personality
- Available to join immediately
