Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Able to troubleshoot PC, printer, Wi-Fi, and basic network issues
- Familiar with hotel systems/POS is an advantage
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willing to work shifts/on-call when required
