We are excited to announce career opportunities for pre opening hotel in Nusa Dua, Bali . At Paasha Resort & Spa Nusa Dua , we are seeking passionate, dynamic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team for the following positions:
Director of Sales
General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain or reputable hospitality company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a pre-opening environment is an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems
- Pre Opening experience with the same position is an advantage
- National Talent
Position-Specific Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, with at least 3 years as a Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
- Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality market, including Corporate, MICE, Government, Leisure, Travel Agent, Wholesale, and Online Travel Agency (OTA) segments.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving hotel sales performance.
- Well-established network with corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, destination management companies (DMCs), and industry partners.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Experienced in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, budgets, sales forecasts, and market penetration strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Good understanding of revenue management principles and collaboration with Revenue and Marketing teams to maximize hotel performance.
