We are excited to announce career opportunities for pre-opening resort in Nusa Dua, Bali . At Paasha Resort & Spa Nusa Dua, we are seeking passionate, dynamic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our pre-opening team for the following positions:
Revenue Manager
General Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within an international hotel chain or reputable hospitality company.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a pre-opening environment is an advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems
- Pre Opening experience with the same position is an advantage
- National Talent
Position-Specific Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and market segmentation.
- Proven experience in maximizing hotel revenue through effective pricing, inventory control, and distribution channel management.
- Proficient in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Manager, and OTA extranets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, competitor analysis, and hotel performance data to support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, forecasts, budgets, and business performance analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and Reservations teams to achieve revenue goals.
