Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement target-focused, revenue-driven sales & marketing strategies across both properties.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Strengthen and expand high-value relationships with overseas and local travel agents, local DMCs, MICE planners, corporate clients, and online distribution partners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase market share and maximize hotel exposure.
- Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, PR activities, and promotional campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor performance, and travel patterns to adjust strategies proactively.
- Ensure a unified brand message and strong market presence for both hotels across all channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry, preferably in Bali or similar resort destinations.
- Demonstrated success in a target-driven environment with a strong track record in achieving and surpassing revenue goals.
- Strong, established network with international and domestic travel agents, DMCs, MICE organizers, and corporate accounts.
- Multi-property or cluster role experience is highly preferred.
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
