REVENUE, SALES, & MARKETING
Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy to drive occupancy and revenue
- Identify and build relationships with agents, corporate clients, and partners
- Generate leads and convert them into bookings
- Manage and follow up on inquiries and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue team to optimize performance
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales (hospitality preferred)
- Strong network and business development skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and bookings
- Manage digital marketing channels (Instagram, Ads, Website, SEO)
- Plan and run campaigns, promotions, and content strategy
- Monitor performance (leads, engagement, conversion, ROI)
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue team to optimize results
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platforms
- Identify market trends and new growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing (hospitality preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO)
- Creative, data-driven, and result-oriented
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Up-to-date with marketing trends and social media strategies
- Fluent in English
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
